Stainless Steel Cataplana, with flat bottom, compatible with all heat sources (Gas, Electric, Ceramic and Induction). This cataplana model is available in the following sizes: Ø 24cm (2 to 3 persons); Ø 30cm (4 to 5 persons) and Ø 36cm (6 to 8 persons). Used to cook typically Mediterranean dishes, especially clams and seafood in general, the cooking process used by the CATAPLANA prevents the loss of the ingredients, ensuring full and excellent flavour. Furthermore, cooking in the CATAPLANA is healthier since the recipes use less fat, and thus contain fewer calories.
