Aluminium Hammered Cataplana "Vintage"

Used to cook typically Mediterranean dishes, especially clams and seafood in general, the cooking process used by the CATAPLANA prevents the loss of the ingredients and aromas, ensuring full and excellent flavour. Furthermore, cooking in the CATAPLANA is healthier since the recipes use less fat, and thus contain fewer calories. This specific cataplana model, due to its "bulging" format, is able to take more food quantity that the others cataplana models of the same size. This model is available with the following sizes: Ø 24cm for 3 to 4 persons; Ø 27cm for 4 to 5 persons; Ø 30cm for 5 to 6 persons and Ø 33cm for 6 to 8 persons.
